We understand that getting onto the property ladder can be challenging, and finding the deposit is often a key barrier for first-time buyers. In partnership with JDC's shareholder, the Government of Jersey, we are offering a selection of Shared Equity* apartments across our new developments to help make homeownership more accessible.

To qualify for a JDC Shared Equity property, you must meet the criteria outlined in the Andium Assisted Purchase Pathway, which can be found here. [Assisted Purchase Pathway]

Before applying for a JDC Shared Equity apartment, you will need to complete the Andium Assisted Purchase Pathway application form [Assisted Pathway Purchase Application]. Please ensure you have your APP number before reserving your apartment.
