Isabel Robins

Non-Executive Director

Isabel Robins is an independent Non-Executive director and Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) with a breadth of experience in property investment and development, fund management, and trust and company administration. She is a Jersey based director with over 30 years of experience of a wide range of commercial and residential property, holds a degree in Valuation and Estate Management (BSC Hons) as well as being regulated by the JFSC.

Prior to moving to Jersey 26 years ago she was an investment surveyor in London with roles at Grosvenor Investments, HSBC and BNP Paribas. Having established her career in London she then moved to Jersey to work in an investment and advisory role in the local property market, before moving into trust and company administration and working with various blue chip real estate organisations on their offshore property holdings.

As a Non Executive Director she has held specialist real estate roles with HSBC, Columbia Threadneedle, Schroders, Lloyds Bank, Oxford Properties, Phoenix Spree Deutschland, Blackrock, and Nuveen encompassing prime office developments, large scale residential schemes and mixed use regeneration.
