Belinda Crosby

Non-Executive Director

Belinda is a Chartered Accountant and Jersey resident non-executive director with extensive experience in the management, governance and compliance requirements of commercial real estate, investment structures, debt and private equity funds.

With more than 25 years’ experience within Jersey’s financial services industry, Belinda has held a range of board and regulated key person positions and is the current Chair of Schroder Real Estate Managers (Jersey) Limited. Prior to becoming a non-executive director, Belinda worked in audit, fund administration and for many years successfully managed Schroder’s regulated Jersey real estate fund services business.

Belinda is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment and a vocal supporter of Jersey, sharing experience in expert panels and relevant consultation processes, alongside providing governance expertise to local non-financial organisations
