Jersey Development Company are inviting the community to a public presentation and Q&A session on
Wednesday, 20 November at 5:30pm at the Pomme d’Or Hotel. This session offers the public a chance to
see the latest Waterfront development proposals and engage directly with the project team, including
technical experts and infrastructure representatives from the Government of Jersey.

research and feasibility studies supporting the proposals, and have the chance to ask questions to better
understand the rationale behind the latest plans.
The discussion will centre on addressing connectivity challenges along La Route de la Libération future-
proofing housing needs and ensuring the viability of new public amenities. These plans aim to enhance
community spaces and meet commercial needs without impacting other town centre businesses, such as
retail and amenities under consideration at Fort Regent.
