Jersey Development Company, the Government of Jersey’s regeneration arm, is supporting the  Government to establish a new children’s soft play zone at the Waterfront. This will allow the  existing facility at the Fort to close later this year, paving the way for Fort Regent’s regeneration. Refurbishment works at the former Arcadia and WYSIWYG premises have now been completed,  and the installation of the new play equipment is currently underway. JDC anticipates the new play  zone will be ready for public use by late summer. Ahead of the launch, JDC will be inviting expressions of interest from experienced local operators  and businesses interested in tendering for the opportunity to run the new facility.
