Wellness at the Waterfront - Summer 2024

Revitalise your body and mind! Summer Wellness lunchtime sessions. Join us for complimentary Yoga & Tai Chi every Tuesday & Thursday.
Yoga - Every Tuesday from 12pm with Joe Houze (Experienced Yoga & Meditation Practitioner). Bring your own mat/towel.
Tai Chi - Every Thursday from 12pm with Ray Malloy (Experienced Tai Chi & Self Defence Instructor)
PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO TAI CHI CLASS ON 15th AUGUST OR 5TH SEPTEMBER
All sessions are complimentary. Events will be cancelled if the weather is unsuitable.
Marina Gardens is the grassed area above the Waterfront Car Park.
*Some sessions may be hosted by a different instructor.

Run for Kezia 2024 will be the third event.
The run/walk comprises 3 distances 2, 5 and 10km. All monies raised will be added to Kezia’s Fund which is part of the Jersey Community Foundation
COMMUNITY - Public Realm
JDC'S REMIT IS NOT JUST ABOUT BUILDINGS, IT'S ALSO ABOUT ENHANCING PEOPLE'S LIVES BY IMPROVING THE PUBLIC REALM, CREATING GREEN SPACES AND PROVIDING ATTRACTIVE AREAS TO LIVE, WORK AND PLAY.
The quality and extent of these open public areas provides an excellent arena for various events and we are keen to be supportive to see the Waterfront areas being used for a variety of public and charitable events.
JDC has helped more than 250 community events on the Waterfront since 2012.
Join us for Hola Friday! at Trenton Square
Every Friday from 5th July – 30th August 2024, 5pm – 7pm
We're excited to welcome you to Hola Friday! Here are a few guidelines to help everyone have a fantastic time:
No BYO: Please note that bringing your own alcohol or food is not permitted within Trenton Square.
Refreshments Available: You can purchase alcoholic beverages or soft drinks from Coopers & Co at IFC 5 or The Loft (Big Maggy’s) who will be situated on the boundaries of the al fresco area of IFC 6. Drinks from these locations should be enjoyed in cans or plastic glasses.
Light bites will be available from Coopers & Co
Planning a Staff Event?
If you require food and drinks for a staff event, please contact Coopers & Co & The Loft (Big Maggy’s) in advance to ensure your needs are met.
Keep It Clean: Extra bins will be placed around the square. Please help us keep the area tidy by disposing of your waste in the provided bins.
Convenient Facilities: Additional toilets will be available to the west of IFC 6 for your convenience.
Security Control: Ensuring the safety of visitors is our top priority. Security personnel will be stationed at each entry and exit point to manage the flow of visitors to and from the square. They are fully trained to handle any misbehaviour and provide First-Aid assistance.
The First-Aid station and the Lost/Found area for children will be located at the DJ set - a shipping container will be placed along the hoarding line adjacent to IFC 6, facing the main square.
The event will be cancelled if the weather is unsuitable, please keep updated on JDC’s social media channels.
