IFC 1

IFC 1 is in a prominent location on the corner of the Esplanade and Castle Street. The public areas surrounding the building features a piazza to its north and part of the southern elevation overlooks Trenton square. The building provides 68,000 sq.ft. (6,300 sq.m.) of Super Prime Grade 'A' office space over 6 floors with a basement providing 33 car parking spaces and 72 bicycle spaces.

As the building is totally independent, all four façades benefit from excellent levels of natural light which are maximised by floor-to-ceiling windows.
