IFC JERSEY

The International Finance Centre comprises of Super Prime Grade 'A'  environmentally rated office buildings, aligning with the Government of Jersey's existing infrastructure, by providing high-quality and flexible office spaces to support Jersey's primary industry.
 

It is vitally important that the island has the right infrastructure to support and grow local businesses and this extends to the provision of modern and efficient office space. JDC is delivering a world-class business district that is providing the highest quality office buildings in Jersey.

The design of the IFC buildings incorporates a high number of environmental and energy saving measures that have contributed to a BREEAM 'Excellent' environmental rating for it's first three buildings. We are always looking for new energy saving technologies to incorporate into its buildings. The fourth building - IFC 2 has been designed to BREEAM 'Outstanding' specification and includes PV panels and grey water harvesting.

The buildings within the IFC establish a new standard for Jersey's office accommodation in terms of quality, design and specification. The buildings feature excellent levels of natural light, column-free floor plates, highly glazed unitised facades and extensive public areas.

The construction of IFC Jersey is divided into phases and each building will be delivered on demand requirements.

JDC is proud to be the first local developer to design BREEAM 'Excellent' and 'Outstanding' office buildings in Jersey.

IFC 1

IFC 1 provides 68,000 sq.ft of Super Prime Grade A office space.

The building was completed in 2017.

The building has achieved a BREEAM 'Excellent' environmental rating.

Tenants include: UBS AG, BNP Paribas S.A, Ashburton Jersey Limited, TMF Group, E.D Capital, Allan & Gill Gray Foundation and Laing O'Rourke Corporation.

IFC 5

IFC 5 provides 68,818 sq.ft of Super Prime Grade A office space.

The building was completed in 2018.

The building has achieved a BREEAM 'Excellent' environmental rating.

Tenants include: Apex Group, CVC Capital, PBS Workspace, Oppenheimer, Big Maggys with Mange Tout and Coopers & Co Jersey.

IFC 6

IFC 6 provides 65,500 sq.ft of Super Prime Grade A office space and  4,000 sq.ft of food and beverage space on the ground floor.

The building was completed in December 2023.

The building has achieved BREEAM 'Excellent' environmental rating and has obtained a WiredScore 'Gold' certification, demonstrating the building's commitment to providing a best-in class digital experience for tenants.

100% office space was pre-let to Aztec Financial Services (Jersey) Limited and Butterfield.

IFC 2

IFC 2 will be the first office building in Jersey to achieve a BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ rating, with an emphasis on energy efficiency and minimising embodied carbon.

The building will provide 95,000 sq.ft of Super-Prime Grade A office space and 5,000 sq.ft of food and beverage space on the ground floor.

IFC 2 secured detailed planning consent in June 2020 and is currently available for a pre-let.
